A resident of Seattle, Carol enjoys a broad spectrum of life in the performing arts; as an actor, a director and an educator.
As a member of Actors Equity, she has appeared on stages in Seattle, New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Tucson and Phoenix. CarolŐs work in film includes Gamers:Dorkness Rising, The Dark Horse, and The Whole Truth. This sparked an interest in directing film. She is currently in development on a screenplay and a couple of music videos.
As a director, her work has been seen at Theater Schmeater, ArtsWest Playhouse, Seattle Public Theater, Book-It Repertory, Book It All Over, Seattle ChildrenŐs Theater Drama School, Seattle Shakespeare Company Short Shakes, The University of Puget Sound, and Cornish College of the Arts, among others.
She currently teaches for Cornish College of the Arts, Seattle ChildrenŐs Theater and offers private scene study and monologue instruction.
Carol holds an M.F.A in Classical Acting from the Shakespeare Theater and George Washington University, as well as a B.A. in English Literature with a focus on Renaissance Drama and Poetry from the University of Chicago. Carol has studied with Michael Howard in NYC and at The Actors Studio in Chicago. She has trained extensively in stage combat through the SAFD.
