Andrew Litzky, co-founder and co-artistic instigator of theater simple has created, produced, presented, acted in and wrangled creatively around the Seattle theater scene since since 1989. Performer. Tech Director. Can-Do-Farm-Boy Theater Maker. Tour-van Driver.

Arrived with Llysa Holland from San Francisco, where he graduated from San Francisco State university, and spent a season with Berkeley Rep's Company Too, working with Sharon Ott, Tony Taccone and Richard ET White.

As co - executive producer and technical liaison for theater simple, Andrew helped the theater create over 40 productions in Seattle and abroad. Additionally, the company has staged countless National and International tours, exporting it's creative philosophy to other countries and communities (for as long as 9 weeks) to Canada, Australia, Singapore and South Carolina.

As a Collaborator Andrew has worked with One World Theater in Canada (Mother Courage and Midsummer Night's Dream) and in Australia with Ghostlight Theatre from Santa Cruz/ SF (Hunting for Moby Dick and Dicken's Hard Times), as well as locally with most every small and mid-sized company in Seattle.

As a teaching peer, he has taught workshops in colleges and universities in the US as well as to emerging artists at professional colleges in Australia.

Additionally with theater simple, Andrew has been the sole sound editor for the company's award-winning Park Bench Podcast Series, now with over 30 episodes
