Tracy is an actor and teaching artist in Seattle. She is an original member and sits on the leadership committee of The Sandbox Artists Collective. Recent stage credits include Anna Karenina (Book-It Repertory Theatre), Titus Andronicus (upstart crow collective); Mary in It's A Wonderful Life (Theatre Anonymous); Lady Macbeth in Macbeth (Seattle Shakespeare Company's Wooden O Theatre); as well as various characters in both the Sandbox Radio LIVE! series, and 14/48: The World's Quickest Theater Festival. She appears in the award winning feature film , All I Want is Christmas. Tracy stomped around in Chicago for a while before heading west, working with The Goodman Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Barrel of Monkeys Productions, and the riotous Hell in Handbag Productions, where she starred in several productions. In the Northwest she has also performed with ACT Theatre, New Century Theatre Company, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Strawberry Theatre Workshop, Island Stage Left, and Seattle Repertory Theatre in the Women Playwrights Festival. Tracy has provided many character voices to video games, and also sings lead and back-up vocals with Seattle art-pop band “Awesome” on Delware: A Subtle Spectacular. Formerly Tracy Repep, she is wed to fellow actor/director, Tim Hyland, and is mother to their son August. In the Summer of 2013 Tracy will begin the MFA in Arts Leadership Program at Seattle University. www.tracyhyland.com
